I sent my Ketron Midjay for repairs to Ketron Ajamsonic. not only did they repair fully but also added with little cost to me features that were beginning to deteriorate along with damages while being shipped to them. for me that was priceless considering there are no agents here in Barbados where i now live after many years in the UK.. AJ, the owner of AJAMSONIC provided me with the most wonderful and courteous service one could ever expect. My Audya keyboard failed after about five years banging around and heavy use. I called AJ and made an appointment to drive to Delaware from Toledo Ohio. When I got there AJ dropped everything. He took my keyboard part and installed two new computer circuit boards while I entertained his lovely daughter. Not only did we have fun but I got a chance to try out the new Keytron tech. I am so used to my Audya, I couldn’t give it up! Thanks AJ! I couldn’t have asked for more.

I Have known Ajua Alemanji for a number of years. We have never met. Ours is strictly a business arrangement. Before I rate AJ, let me take a minute to discuss how I know of him. Before we ever did business, AJ is and was active on the internet forums that cater to this niche market of which we belong. He was always helpful and shared his love and knowledge of the instruments with everyone and anyone who asked for his help. Before he started his business I already knew him as someone who I trusted. In conjuction with Ketron he came up with a program that improved the instruments he represents and called it “Ajamsonic.” It was this about five or six years ago I purchased. It was all he promised, and my instrument was indeed improved, and I loved it. At that time, he was only working with the blessing of Ketron and the company was represented out of New York (maybe New Jersey) by someone else. I do not even know. They were hard to get ahold of and all my questions were still being addressed by AJ as a member of the community. AJ has since become the sole distributor for Ketron in the United States. We are a niche market, yet very loyal. We love our instruments, Ketron is dwarfed by other companies but that does not take from our love for this product. We are lucky to have AJ representing us and the products we love so much. My wife is a member of the legislature in New Hampshire and I know the importance of your organization to small business’ that is why I am happy to write this letter for AJ and his company. We have just concluded our second major deal and every step of the way he was there to answer questions and make me feel comfortable and understand what he was doing to my instrument. You would laugh to see the long, and I do mean long, email of instructions he sent me because of one question. My apologies if this was too long. I did not want to leave anything out. As woman playing in a male dominated arena, product support is a must, especially once the sale is over. Unfortunately, many companies and dealers do not provide this any longer and so when I purchased my first KETRON product (AUDYA), I initially asked myself what was I getting into again? Yamaha support read the manual to me over the phone .... after a 45 minute hold when I needed help with my Tyros 5. Korg no longer seem to have enough staff for product support which is the main reason I got rid of the Pa3X and decided to give KETRON a chance. I have never met a product specialist who knows their products inside out, but better still, knows how to help others understand their products (I did a little digging on Mr. Alemanji and found out that he happens to also be one of the Engineers working with KETRON). We may all learn how to teach but not all of us can become real teachers. The folks at AJAM Inc have always been there for my husband and I, promptly responding to phone calls, emails and yes, even text messages with detailed explanation of how to, when to ... and going way above and beyond what our issues were to begin with. As for the KETRON products, the demos on the website do not do these units much justice. You have to hear them in person. For these reasons and way more than this space can handle, I give AJAM Inc and KETRON a 16/10. I personally think other companies need to learn from AJAM Inc!

I play a MIDI Accordion with a Ketron X4, Yesterday I connected my spare X4 and noticed none of the base keys were coming through to the speaker. I called my accordion repair technician, he said the problem was not in the accordion but in the X4 and he suggested I call Ketron. I called Keytron this morning, a gentleman answered, as I was explaining the problem I heard a child in the background he said it was his day off. For about 10 minutes he had me pressing various keys and I would read the text on the screen to him. As it turns out the problem was not the X4, the problem was I was not pressing the proper keys to have the base come through to the speaker. I was very impressed with the gentleman's trouble shooting techniques and he did everything from memory, the whole experience was 5 star plus, and on his day off. When I decide to upgrade to a newer version I will only call Keytron USA.

Ketron products are Italian and thus not very popular in the U.S.,as of yet. So I started an online club to get and give help with questions a musician might have. This is where I came to know A.J the owner of AJAM. inc. I have dealt with AJAM inc over the last several years and have always been pleased. They have been very helpful to Ketron/Solton owners. They have serviced and repaired Ketron and Solton synthesiers for me as well as other club members and for non members I referred to them. .They have also helped me sell some equipment I no longer needed. They have always done a professional job. I have also bought several Ketron synthesizers and feel they have the best sounds and features especially for Accordionists and Guitarists. I currently own a Solton MS50 and a Ketron Midjay which I use in my performances. I highly recommend AJAM for honesty and quality work.

As a Nigerian Producer who has produced beats for Wizkid, Davido and Timaya, nothing comes close to reproducing Afro Beat for live usage on stage than KETRON equipment, period (especially the AUDYA 4). The sound is tight. The beats are Live and clean. What more can we ask for? AJ gives us the right tools and package to make the right beats. Love it.
